A 125-μs communications cycle enables faster and more detailed references and monitoring than is possible with Σ-V SERVOPACKs. EX001 SERVOPACKs can attain the high-speed needed for applications in a variety of fields, such as electronic parts manufacturing and later processes in semiconductor manufacturing.
This product complies with the following international standards for use in Europe, North America, and Asia: CE Marking, UL, RoHS Directives, and KC mark.

 

Minimum communications cycle: 125μs

With a 125-μs communications cycle, faster and more detailed references and monitoring is now possible. Faster response also increases the throughput of the host controller.

[Glossary]
・Communications cycle: The cycle in which the host controller creates and sends references.
・Transmission cycle: The cycle in which the host controller sends data to the SERVOPACK.

 

Main Applications

Those that require high-speed motions, such as electronic parts manufacturing and later processes in semiconductor manufacturing.

 

Application Restrictions

Some functions cannot be used in the 125-μs communications mode.
