Feature 1Wide Selection


  • Servomotors
    Six motor models are available, and you can also select a standard models, models with gears, or models with brakes, whatever is suitable for your applications.
  • Servopacks
    You can select either analog inputs (for speed/torque control) or pulse inputs (for position control).


Feature 2High Performance


  • Servomotors
    The maximum speed is 4500 min-1. Because it uses high-resolution serial encoders (13-bit incremental, 16-bit absolute), it is not only fast but also extremely accurate. Speed ripple is reduced by 50% when compared with the current models, and smooth operations even at a low speeds are possible.
  • Servopacks
    The frequency response is 400 Hz. High level functions, including a model follow-up control and a vibration suppression control, are provided. Can be easily setup with online auto tuning.


Feature 3Easy to Install


  • Servomotors
    By using serial encoders, only six wires are required, making wiring and maintenance much easier.
  • Servopacks
    Very thin and compact [35 (W) × 120 (D) × 160 (H) or 45 (W) × 120 (D) × 160 (H) when base-mounted]. It can be installed easily in the limited spaces in clean rooms.

  • Servomotor · Servopacks
    The motor's protective structure complies with the IP55 standard. Both Servomotors and SERVOPACKs have great vibration and shock resistance. They can thus be used with confidence in clean rooms around the world.
