Σ-7-Series Servomotors with Batteryless Absolute Encoders

Yaskawa has released the Σ-7-Series Servomotors with Batteryless Absolute Encoders as an option for rotary servomotors in Σ-7-Series AC Servo Drives.
The encoder does not require a battery, which has simplified wiring and eliminated the need for maintenance.

The lineup includes all Σ-7-Series rotary motors.
You can replace your current motors with no change in performance.

The specifications for batteryless motors are the same as for the standard Σ-7-Series motors.

Surrounding air temperature 0°C to 40°C (derating for 40°C to 60°C)
Impact acceleration rate 49m/s2
Vibration acceleration rate 490m/s2
Motor service life Same as for standard Σ-7-Series motors (Data can be maintained for the length of the motor service life.)

※Use cables for batteryless absolute encoders (same as cables for incremental encoders).
